This sorority seems more concerned about recruiting a wide range of girls, which can make chapters diverse and interesting, than recruiting the most "beautiful" girls. I personally like Kappa better than Pi Phi or Theta but can see why others would prefer one of other two. Usually need connections but if you are outgoing/pretty enough with a little bit of luck you can get in. ,If you are coming to UT really raw, meaning no greek connections what so ever, you have a very large uphill battle. Having strong communication skills matter. Is a bottom tier. DG and Chi O are top of the middle tier with Phi Mu, and Kappa at the bottom. So I'm a DZ and actually most of us are pretty attractive (believe it or not). AZD may be pretty but is not classy.
